These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between QODERZ LTD and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation. These conditions will prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless previously agreed otherwise in writing.
The qr-factory.com website offers the following services:
The client can create and download a customized QR code for free from the website. The QR code remains valid for a period of [X] days, indicated on the site at the time of creation. The download is conditional upon the client's acceptance that their contact details may be used for marketing purposes by QODERZ LTD or its partners.
After the free period, the duration of which is indicated on the site, the user will be invited to subscribe to a paid plan to keep the QR code active. Details of the paid plans and their prices are available on the site.
The prices of the paid plans are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included). QODERZ LTD reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the site at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the client.
Payment is due immediately upon subscription to a paid plan. The client can make the payment by credit card through our secure payment system. QODERZ LTD is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the client's bank.
The duration of the paid plans is specified at the time of subscription. The client can terminate their subscription at any time via their user account, but no refund will be made for the current period.
In accordance with current legislation, the client has a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties. To exercise this right, the client must contact QODERZ LTD's customer service.
QODERZ LTD cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse of the services provided on qr-factory.com. In any event, QODERZ LTD's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
QODERZ LTD is committed to protecting the personal data of its clients. The information collected is necessary for the management of orders and the improvement of services. The client has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
